VersaCal

VersaCal is an easy to use calendar/todo combination that can also sync events with Google Calendar*. VersaCal allows you to create a variety of different tasks (an event, todo, checklist, and project). You can set the priority for your tasks and even create groups for them. Priorities are color-coded so you can quickly see which dates have high-priority items.
In addition, VersaCal has three ways for you to view your schedule. The day view shows your tasks for the selected date as well as a look ahead for the week. Also, the day view shows you any tasks that are overdue as well as those that have no due date.
The month view works very similar to the iPhone's calendar app. Dates with tasks are indicated with a color-coded dot. Select a date on the month view, and any task for that date shows up on the table below the calendar.
The folder view provides fast access to overdue tasks, completed tasks, and tasks with no due dates. It's also where you can manage task groups.
*Notes on syncing with Google Calendar
- Currently VersaCal only supports US accounts.
- Only events are synced, though VersaCal may in the future support Google's new task calendar item which would correspond to a VersaCal todo item
- For performance reasons, only future events are synced.
- Deletes are only synced downstream from Google. This means a delete of an event in Google Calendar will get synced to VersaCal, but a delete in VersaCal won't get reflected in Google Calendar. The reason for this behavior is so that VersaCal can stay uncluttered, while you can use Google Calendar to store all your events.
